Using ShoeCue for sports or agility training

Like running and lifting, movement technique is also very important when playing sports or training for quickness and agility.

When playing any sport that requires quick movements or change of direction, you must be on the balls of your feet.  This includes football, basketball, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, etc.  If you are standing back on your heels you are not in a position to move or change direction quickly.

The ShoeCue will give you the reminder to stay light on your feet and in an athletic position so you you can move quickly and dominate your sport.  At the same time there are some instances where you need to plant your heel hard into the ground or court to stop, jump, or change direction. Because the texture is not painful, it will not limit your ability to do this.
